Ezbon Icing Sugar is a high quality Icing sugar is specially formulated for icing of Cakes.
 
ADVANTAGES 
Compared to other brands, Ezbon Icing Sugar has a low degree of caking and the finest of textures.  It provides enough whiteness in the iced product and gives a bright Appearance and Glow especially in Fondants.  Unlike other brands of Icing Sugar, Ezbon Icing Sugar Water absorption capacity is not high; therefore, less quantity of liquid is required to give you the desired consistency during mixing. 500g sachet of Ezbon Icing Sugar contains more than is contained in a 500g sachet of other brands.

 

ECONOMIC BENEFITS
Due to the fine texture of Ezbon Icing Sugar, you do not need to sieve. Therefore, there is no loss. Ezbon icing Sugar also saves you the cost of using large volumes of liquid to blend.
 
DIRECTION FOR USE 
Ezbon Icing Sugar can be used in Water icing, Butter icing and Fondant icing. 
  • For Water icing, thoroughly mix 225g of Ezbon Icing Sugar with 2-3g tablespoon of Water and use it to coat the Cake.  

  • For Butter icing, heat 75g of Butter until creamy. Add 175g of Ezbon icing Sugar and one tablespoon of Milk. Mix thoroughly and use it to coat the Cake. 

  • For Fondant icing, dissolve 7g of gelatin in 17ml of Water contained in a Pan and stir over a low heat until the solution is clear.  To the solution, add 42ml of Liquid Glucose and 5ml of Glycerin.  Stir the mixture and allow to cool.  Add 350g of Ezbon icing Sugar, mix thoroughly and knead on a dry surface. Use this to cover the cake. 

PACKAGING

Ezbon Icing Sugar is packed 500gX16 and 500gX24 in a carton and 500gX12 in a crate.
