BREAD

0.4g of Ezbon Concentrated Sweetener could be used in place of 110g of Sugar in 1kg Flour or 0.2g of Ezbon Concentrated Sweetener could be used together with 55g of Sugar in 1kg of Flour.

SNACKS

0.4g of Ezbon Concentrated Sweetener could be used in place of 120g of Sugar in 1kg Flour , or 0.2g of Ezbon Concentrated Sweetener could be used together with 60g of Sugar in 1kg of Flour.

YOGHURT

0.15g of Ezbon Concentrated sweetener could be used in place of 40g of Sugar in one litre of drink, or used in combination with Sugar at a ratio of 50:50.
