Panok SuperBake Bread Improver and Dough Conditioner is an enzyme based Bread Improver which is specially formulated to Improve and Condition dough without adding liquid emulsifier or Bromate. Panok SuperBake not only Improves, but can improve weak Flour.​​

Panok SuperBake Bread Improver can be used alone without a liquid emulsify unlike other Bread Improvers which require liquid emulsify or a lot of butter to achieve effective result. Panok SuperBake has a high degree of stability compared to other Bread Improvers. Under different storage conditions, the quality of Bread baked with Panok SuperBake Bread Improver will remain stable within its life span.

With Panok SuperBake Bread Improver, you can cut down your production cost by 30%. 500g sachet of Panok SuperBake Bread Improver can be used to bake 5bags of Flour at the cost of N600.00 only, compared to 2Liters of liquid emulsifier which will bake same quantity of Flour at the cost of N1,500.00 and yet requires an additional Improver at the cost of N550.00 or Potassium bromate which is dangerous to health.
DIRECTION FOR USE
Recommeded dosage of Panok SuperBake Bread Improver is 0.2-0.4% of the weight of Flour or 100-200g per bag of Flour. However, owing to differences in the strength of Flour, tests should be carried out to determine the optimum dosage.
