Bakeon Baking powder is a high quality leavening agent.  Bakeon  contains two acid salts that rise the mix at different stages of the process; one which is activated by liquid and reacts at room temperature causing a rise as soon as the batter is prepared and another which is activated by heat and reacts as soon as the temperature of the batter increases in the oven, causing a further rise during baking.  Bakeon therefore, produces double acting effect.

DIRECTION FOR USE 
Generally, it is recommended that 3-4g of Bakeon Baking Powder be used per 150g of Flour.  However, the quantity could vary depending on the Recipe and product.

Bakeon Baking Powder is packed 3.5kgX4 in a crate and 100gX48, 200gX24, 450gX18 in a carton.
