McBon Calcium Propionate is a Preservative containing 99.5% pure Calcium Propionate (Food Grade). It is used as mold inhibitor to prolong and preserve the shelf life of baked products.

McBon Calcium Proponate is able to maintain shelf life of baked products for 8-10days unlike other preservatives that are able to keep the products for just 5-6days. It is 99.5% pure calcium propionate compared to other brands which are between 99.2% and 99.3%.

ECONOMIC BENEFITS
McBon Calcium Propionate is 99.5% calcium propionate, hence, prolongs shelf life of baked products for 8-10days by inhibiting growth of molds.
 
DIRECTION FOR USE 
Recommeded dosage of McBon Calcium Propionate is 0.2-0.5% of the weight of Flour. Note that this is just a guide. The quantity can be adjusted based on the weather. McBon Calcium Propionate should be added to the Dough or Batter at the mixing stage to ensure better dispersion throughout the food matrix.

McBon Calcium Propionate is packed 1kg sachetX20 in a bag and 20kg direct also in a bag.
